Generally, we will ship goods that have immediate availability on the same day, or the next working day at the latest. No shipping takes place on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If you would like to receive your goods sooner (guaranteed next working day delivery), a shipping surcharge of €10,00 per order applies (€15,95 in total). Express delivery is made on the next working day after placement of the order. The order must be received no later than 1pm (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) to be delivered the next working day. No shipping takes place on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If an order is placed on a Sunday/holiday (including 24/12 and 31/12), express delivery will be made on the second working day after placement of the order.

You can select this service under the 3rd point of the order process “shipping/payment” provided the item is in stock. Please note: Express delivery to PACKSTATIONS is not possible.

Express delivery (24-hour service) to Austria and Switzerland is possible in individual cases on request. In this case, we will apply a shipping surcharge of up to €150,00 per order. The exact costs are determined by the size and weight of the shipment and can be obtained upon request.

Have your order delivered free of charge to the store of your choice.

To avail of this service, you need to select the option “Delivery to the store (free of charge)” in the 2nd step during the order and payment process. When selecting this option, enter the store of your choice for the collection of your order after two to four days. We will also need your e-mail address and telephone number. We will let you know when your order has arrived at your chosen store and you can collect the parcel at the usual opening times.

Are you often away from home when your parcel gets delivered? From now on you can collect or send your consignment from a packstation, DHL’s parcel service, using a parcel machine – 24/7 and irrespective of opening hours.

PACKSTATION is a free service provided by DHL whereby you can chose to have a postal package sent to your home or any parcel machine of your choice. Please note that large parcels cannot be collected from packstations. Our staff are happy to provide you with further information in this regard.

You have the option of entering a preferred shipping date under the 3rd point of the order process “shipping/payment”. Please note: The goods will be shipped on the preferred shipping date. Delivery will be after 1-4 days, depending on the delivery type.

Have you selected items with different delivery dates? Goods are normally shipped in full, i.e. the delivery date depends on the item with the longest delivery time. If you want your items sooner, you can select the option “Partial delivery” under the 3rd point of the order process “shipping/payment” without doubling the shipping costs.

Please note that cash on delivery will incur additional surcharges. The COD charge is levied by the delivery agent upon handover of the goods.

We deliver to over 200 countries. Please select a country to find out about the applicable shipping type and costs.

If an item you bought in the Hirmer BIG & TALL Online Shop does not appeal to you, you can return it within two weeks (T&C Article 7 Right of Cancellation and Cancellation Policy) without stating any reasons. We reserve the right to claim compensation for the value of returned goods that are not in their original condition (i.e. unworn and with all labels still attached).

For returning goods please use the attached return stickers. In case you need new return stickers, you can simply download it in the "My Account" area under "My Orders".

Should the return label not be available in your "My Account" section, you can return purchased items free of charge by sending them back to us. Your return is free of charge. Simply send us a copy of your receipt by e-mail. We will then refund you the return costs.

HIRMER big & tall is not liable for any differences that may occur based on exchange rate fluctuations.

Returns take place with the delivery service that delivered the parcel.

RETURN BY MAIL:

You can return your parcel to us free of charge from any DHL post office branch or via a DHL Packstation. In order for this to work efficiently, please attach the supplied returns sticker to your parcel and include the completed return slip.

Customers from Austria can either download and print the return label from their online account or request it by phone or email from our customer service.

RETURNS IN THE STORE

Why not visit us in our store and return your items directly at no extra charge instead of posting them to us!

At the cash desk, you will receive a cash payment equivalent to the purchase value for payments made by cash on delivery, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Klarna (DE, AT & CH only), EC account or instant bank transfer. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the invoiced amount to your credit card account.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD (OUTSIDE GERMANY, AUSTRIA)

So your return can be processed quickly, please note the following:

A delivery note, a return slip, a return sticker as well as the mailing bag are included with the parcel. If the value of the goods exceeds 1,000 Euros, you will also find a customs document with the MRN number.

Place the goods in the package, remove the adhesive strip and securely close. Remove the white paper from the mailing bag and stick it on the box with the return sticker. Place the return slip and the MRN form in the mailing bag in such a way that the word “RETURN SLIP” can be seen from the outside. Tape up the mailing bag and post the parcel from the nearest packstation.

Charges for express returns will not be accepted.
